BioI have been photographing in and around Seattle since early 2005 and I'm currently looking to expand my portfolio and develop working relationships with more models, while in turn helping them expand their portfolios.I'm more than happy to work with models of all ranges of experience. At this time I can only do Time for CD (TFCD). I would definitely be interested in working with the same models multiple times if we click!
While I shoot a variety of styles, I prefer to do intimate close up portraits, old-fashioned glamour, "vintage" fashions and erotica, early Playboy style pin-ups, and lingerie of all periods.
My style is influenced by paintings, illustrations, and old movies... and I generally favor dramatic lighting and unusual angles. I love to experiment and try new poses and new styles... and will be more than happy to work with your ideas.
If you're more comfortable in a conventional studio setup and require a makeup person, I'm really not the photographer for you... at least not right now. At this time, I don't have a dedicated studio and work with a mix of available light and studio lights... so be prepared to improvise!
I see photography as a collaborative process between the model and the photographer... so your ideas are welcome.
